Educator’s Recommendation Form (submit online) – Applicants may choose to submit more than one recommendation. However, at least one recommendation must be completed by an English, history, science, or religion teacher in the applicant’s current school year.

Note: Since completing and submitting recommendations takes time from busy professionals (who often have other recommendations to write), students are encouraged to request the recommendations and deliver the accompanying information at least 2-3 weeks before the application deadline. You may want to follow up with each educator to make sure that the recommendation was completed. The application remains incomplete until the recommendation is received.
